Bursting with four stimulating essential oils – plus menthol crystals extracted from organic mint oil - these aromatherapy steamers will revive your energy and help provide a sense of relief when you are feeling congested, sluggish, or under the weather.

How to enjoy it?

Holding it with your fingers for about 30 sec., breathe in the therapeutic aroma. Sprinkle the steamer with water at the start of your shower and get ready to inhale the refreshing scent it releases into the air.  Place the steamer in the soap tray, on the shower floor, or anywhere where the water will gently splash the steamer but away from the direct water stream. Enjoy! Now it is time to Power through the day!

The steamers can be used to steam the face and decongest the sinuses. In that case, drop in a bowl of warm water, wait until it dissolves completely, and inhale.

You may also breathe in the aroma of the dry steamer to relieve nasal congestion.

Do NOT use these Aromatherapy Shower Steamers as bath bombs. 

NOT recommended for children, pregnant, and nursing women.

Storage:

A set of six steamers is packed in a biodegradable bag. The steamers are delicate. Keep them away from water. We recommend transferring them to a glass jar and storing them in a cool, dry place.
