Carnaby's Cockatoos Tencel Scarf
This scarf design is inspired by the endangered Carnaby’s Black Cockatoos (EN) of Southwest Australia. The cockatoos are often found near abundant Banksia shrubs and in eucalyptus woodlands.
The artwork is digitally printed with Oeko-tex certified inks on ecofriendly Tencel, a low impact, vegan friendly fabric that is ethically made from responsibly harvested eucalyptus trees. Tencel is sustainably produced in a closed loop process that recycles more than 99% of water and non-toxic organic solvents. We also chose this fabric because it is easily biodegradable, durable, silky soft, and easy to care for.
As part of the artist's collection, 5% of net profits from the sale of this scarf will be donated to wildlife in need.
